Chad Mills

Venue Manager - Ponsonby

Chad grew up in New Plymouth and moved to Auckland in 2005 when he started his hospitality career. Starting as a bar tender Chad quickly progressed to management and has managed a variety of different venues. “It’s all about the people” says Chad, creating a great environment for our customers is what he strives for at Bedford. He’s a bit of a vibes man and is looking to throw down good vibes from him and all his team every night.

Caoimhe Duingnan

Venue Manager - Takapuna

Caoimhe (pron. Kweeva) hails from Dublin and completed her masters in Genetics at Edinburgh University. Working in hospo during her study she was trained in the old ways of hospitality. Her approach is to provide great experiences for customers and be warm and welcoming to every guest. Exceeding expectation is something she aims to deliver every time she comes to work and expects no less from the team she manages.

Jose Rosales

Jose started his cheffing career in hotels in the Philippines and from there moved to Singapore to advance his cheffing skills. Arriving in New Zealand in 2015 Jose is now proud to be a resident of New Zealand and share his love of food with our customers. He has a genuine passion for food and works tirelessly to produce delicious tasty balls for our guests.

Matt, Sam and Jeremy Wells are three kindred spirits who have forged a life-long bond eating meatballs, drinking yummy drinks and hanging out together. In 2013 they decided to formalise the relationship by starting Bedford Soda and Liquor.
