Jess Birch has over 10 years experience in hospitality management and leads the Bedford team. Jess has a wealth of hospitality experience and is responsible for challenging her team to be the best they can be, delivering a customer experience that you won’t find anywhere else.
Over the last few years, Lorietta Bahr has established herself as one of New Zealand's leading bartenders, working her way through several well-respected bars and restaurants across Auckland and Wellington. She has also proven herself to be a formidable competitor, placing highly across many national cocktail competitions. Today you'll find Lorietta leading the team at Bedford Soda and Liquor, encouraging sustainability, staff well-being and working hard to make the hospitality industry better as a whole.
Kohl has been an integral part of the Bedford kitchen team since we opened and was promoted to head chef in 2015. He has a genuine passion for what we do and is tirelessly committed to producing delicious tasty balls.
Sam, Matt and Jeremy are three kindred spirits who have forged a life-long bond eating meatballs, drinking yummy drinks and hanging out together. In 2013 they decided to formalise the relationship by starting Bedford Soda and Liquor.
